Who are the peoples of the world according to the Romans? How did they see people who were different than they were? We'll read Pliny and explore the idea of othering in the ancient world - how a civilization distances itself from those it sees as different.

Classes require a minimum number of participants to run although they may run with fewer participants, at the instructor’s discretion.
