Saluete! My name is Roberto. I was born in Colombia but spent most of my adult life studying Classics, Arabic and Comp Lit at the Sorbonne and the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. There I discovered, by attending various circuli and Latin-speaking groups, that Latin and Greek could be spoken! Using this method to speak has been my passion ever since. I've taught Greek, Latin and Standard Arabic, independently and through institutions such as Paideia and Polis, both online and on-site. After a brief stint in Germany and three years living in Cairo, Egypt, I moved my lares and penates to the ipsissimum astu, Athens!
